Good Vibrations & Your Bad Self

September 21st, 2006 by Michelle

If you’ve never attended a reading at a sex shop, well love, here’s your chance. It’s the book release party for Stephen Elliott’s racy new story collection, My Girlfriend Comes to the City and Beats Me Up. I’ll also be reading, as will Justin Chin and Carol Queen.

Says Stephen: “This is an erotica reading, in a sex shop. You can buy books and lubes and things you may or may not want to admit to using. Everybody is planning on reading something very graphic. This may or may not be your cup of tea. I hope that doesn’t scare you off. It’s going to be fun. In addition to erotic stories there’ll be beer and cookies.”

Beer, cookies, & a touch of S&M. C’mon, isn’t this better than Monday night football?

When: Monday, September 25, 2006 Time: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm Where: Good Vibrations: Valencia Street Store
603 Valencia Street (at 17th Street)
