Did you feel it? - san francisco earthquake update

That one was 3.7–but somehow, where I was standing (in my dining room in the Outer Richmond) it felt bigger. It was a quickie, a sharp jolt. See details at the US Geological Survey website. Epicenter Berkeley, where another 3.7 hit Wednesday night. The first was at 10:49, the second (2.2) at 11:11. Every time our little house near the beach shakes, I remember a line from a song we used to sing in Sunday School…”don’t build your house on sinking sand…”
