NEWS:

Mid-Ranking Republicans Charged with Identity Theft

July 27th, 2007 by Michelle

Help! A republican stole my name! This from the official website of the GOP, regarding recent additions to the Republican National Committee Communications team:

Michelle Richmond is the Assistant Press Secretary. Richmond joins the RNC after having served as Press Assistant to Republican Whip Roy Blunt (R-MO). Originally from Virginia, Richmond has worked on several local campaigns as well as interned for then-Majority Leader Trent Lott (R-MS).

While it is true that I would like to Whip Roy Blunt, I’ve never interned for him. Ditto for Lott. Who is this alleged Michelle Richmond and why is she giving me heartache, besmirching my good name? Can’t we just put aside this bi-partisan bickering and admit that we all have a crush on Obama?
