The Wednesday Sisters…

June 17th, 2008 by Michelle

hits the shelves today! Meg Waite Clayton’s wonderful novel about five friends finding their way in Palo Alto in the sixties has already been generating a lot of buzz on Library Thing and elsewhere.

The Wednesday Sisters is a heartwarming novel about the joys and complications of friendship, an inspiring story for anyone who has dared to dream big. Clayton’s characters are the kind of women you can imagine joining on the park bench—for a good laugh, a good cry, or a spirited conversation about literature and life.

Meg will read from and sign her new book on Thursday, April 19, at Kepler’s in Menlo Park. The event will be hosted by Nancy Salmon.
