Karen Moncrieff to direct The Year of Fog

June 18th, 2008 by Michelle

Karen Moncrieff has signed on with Newmarket Films and Andrew Lauren Productions to direct the film adaptation of THE YEAR OF FOG.

I was delighted to hear the news, as I loved Moncrieff’s 2002 Sundance hit BLUE CAR. You may also remember Moncrieff from her moody 2006 feature film THE DEAD GIRL, starring Toni Collette, which was nominated for several Independent Spirit Awards, including Best Feature and Best Director.
