Point Clear

Congratulations to Jennifer Paddock, who has been selected to receive the Alabama State Council on the Arts fellowship. According to the Alabama Writers’ Forum newsletter, “Paddock will use her Fellowship to complete her third novel, connecting it with her first novel, A Secret Word. This third novel will also tie in with her second novel, Point Clear, making a trilogy. When doing research on her books for the character of Leigh and the continuing storyline, Paddock learned of her Cherokee lineage. MBT, Odds and Ends

July 23, 2008

I just jumped on the MBT bandwagon. Picked mine up today at Nomadic Outfitters and took them for a spin in Golden Gate Park. The verdict? They actually feel pretty good, and yes, I do feel different muscles activating when I wear them. Too early to tell if they’re as great for your...
