Bridport Prize

Two prizes of £3,000 (approximately $5,700) each and publication in the Bridport Prize Anthology are given annually for an unpublished poem and short story. Second prize in each category is £1,000 (approximately $1,900) and publication. Andrew Motion will judge in poetry, and Maggie Gee will judge in fiction. Submit any number of poems of up to 42 lines each or short stories of up to 5,000 words each with a £6 entry fee (approximately $11). The deadline is June 30.
