Thanks to everyone who came to my book launch Wednesday night. Much to my delight, we drank all the wine, ate all the food, and Patrick, the lovely events guy, had to bring out more chairs. It was an evening spent with family, friends, and other writers, and it reminded me, once again, that for a writer there’s probably no better place to live than San Francisco.
