West Side Stories in San Francisco, 11/20

Join me and several other Bay Area authors for West Side Stories on Saturday, November 20, from 1:00 to 3:00 at the Sunset Branch of the San Francisco Public Library, featuring readings of San-Francisco based novels and nonfiction, followed by live music and book signings.

Deborah Grabien conjures up murder in San Francisco’s rock ‘n roll scene in While My Guitar Gently Weeps. Her newest book is London Calling.

Michelle Richmond‘s captivating and mysterious novels include No One You Know and The Year of Fog.

Mary Germain Hountalas will talk about her book The San Francisco Cliff House. Her family has run the world-famous restaurant for years

Lorri Ungaretti will read from her latest work-in-progress, Stories in the Sand: A History of San Francisco’s Sunset District. She is the author of the Arcadia Book, San Francisco’s Sunset District.

MUSIC — Jazz by Steve Snelling & Friends will follow the readings. Steve is a Sunset District jazz luminary, music educator and author.
